Our Story
BLVD-MUSIC opened it’s doors in November 2007 at the Village at Greene Creek off Highway 9 in Boiling Springs, SC with a vision: provide Spartanburg County a locally owned and operated music dealer that people can come to and just hang out, play & buy musical equipment in a relaxed atmosphere. And that’s what we’ve become, and MORE!
We are a place where musicians can get the tools they need for their trade, as well as being an epicenter for networking with others. A comfortable place for individuals to decide how they want to express themselves through music.
In October 2008, we moved from our 1800 sq. ft. location to our current 5100+ sq. ft. store. Still located in the Village at Greene Creek, the new facility features over two times the inventory, the BLVD-MUSIC LESSON STUDIOS, and offers full repair services in Guitar & all stringed instruments, Electronics including amplifiers, and Band and Orchestral.
Music Lessons
We pride ourselves in having over 10 qualified teachers, all with either music degrees or over 5 years teaching experience at BLVD-MUSIC LESSON STUDIOS. From ages 5 to 95, beginner to advanced, we provide lessons in Guitar, Bass, Banjo, Drums, Piano, Voice, Theory, Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Saxophone, Violin, Viola and Cello.
Music Clinics
In-store clinics with artists such as Victor Wooten and Greg Bennett, our Birthday and Anniversary celebrations featuring performances from local artists, we strive to offer new and exciting events for our community.
Keys To Our Success
Supporting local musicians has been key to BLVD-MUSIC’s success. Local songwriters nights, various live music events and benefits, and even hosting BLVD-MUSIC TRIVIA nights, all things to help spread good music, good times, and build community. We strive to be your no pressure, no hassle and all fun, local music store.
